On Dead Air Space (Radiohead's Blog), drummer, Phil Selway posted that his mother passed away subsequently cancelling the band's performance in Amsterdam. Ticketholders must have rioted when they saw "Radiohead Cancelled" until they got news. On the fansite At Ease, I sent my condolences.

Weekly Recap
feels like forever since i've been bloggy. Ok, so the main points of last week are as follows:
1. Got neg'd for the radiohead pre-sale on W.A.S.T.E.
2. Got neg'd for the radiohead regular sale on Ticketmaster.
***but Simone007 was able to score 2 tix (2 rows apart) and was kind enough to offer me one...so yea!!!!!***
3. Saw Mission Impossible III, the best one of the bunch. Super Action Packed! and Tommy not as annoying b/c there were explosions and guns going bang! bang! But Phillip C-Hoff, not as super
duper a villian as the critics say
4. Put together a bunk futon bed at the Sexy One's G-mother's and then followed it up w/ some unsuccessful poker at KC's on LI.
5. NYC 5 Boro Bike Tour! woo hoo! was totally fun had some more peeps join in the fun this year...didn't meet up w/ the crew of D. H. and M., apparently b/c i was speaking too close to the talkabouts and they couldn't make out a word i was saying. Simmy was a no-show b/c of allergies. the 2 newbies that came w/ me and the SN did very well, handling the bridges in style. missed Astoria Park again!! that was upsetting, but i've decided next year...no breaks until Astoria Park!!! finished the race at Brooklyn Bridge and then had burgers at Seaport. Stopped by at Radio Mexico to see the guys and Simmy real quick...and then went home where i slept like the dead.
