All I can say is...see this frikkin' movie! Did I laugh so hard that I almost peed m'self? Why yes. Yes, I did.
Dysfunctional family consisting of a motivational speaker, a genius who attempted suicide, angsty teen who takes a vow of silence, a mommy trying to keep the fam together, a filthy grandpa on heroin, and a cute little "talented" girl...trek across AZ to CA trying to reach the "Little Miss Sunshine" pageant.
It's that quirky dark type of humor that I always enjoy...the last one being "Kiss, Kiss...Bang, Bang!" So if you like good movies, you'll go see this one. I think I enjoyed it even more b/c I didn't catch one trailer for this movie and knew about from the good buzz it got from Sundance...or was it Cannes...whatever.
Go see it tomorrow.
