It's been at least 2 weeks!!!
since nancy started detoxing me off the cocacola and the bad junkie food. i did have dim sum one day, i think i should be entitled to crap at least once a month.
but i digress.
An open letter to Duncan, the miniature schnauzer who keeps shitting in my living room.
Why do you keep doing it? I wake up at 6am to walk your ass and you tinkle and you bark at everything and everyone...but no deuce. Pater comes and walks you again an hour later, and then it's hit or miss, you may poop you may not. Then one of us walks you when we get home from work (So we can feed that rapid fire ass of yours) and you seem to have no problems with that. Instead, you wait until I leave, then you leave feces all over the living room floor. You really need to work on this whole between 6am and 6pm shit. Why are you walking on the hardwood? Because you have shit so much on my carpet that I had to throw it out.
Can we make a deal? Please poop in the morning outside and not in the house, and I'll let you live and not skin you alive and then feed it to jubei.
Thanks for your attention.

WTF is the matter with me?
I have found myself watching an episode of Gilmore Girls.
Call it the new diet, the lack of coca-cola, the timebomb that is my body, what have you, what has compelled me to sink to this lowly state. I mean, what is the protocol? Do I have to hand in my penis right away, or am I put on probation and put an a pure girl-on-girl porn program. I even checked out the TV Guide to see what else was on. Nuthin. Usually, I would think that C-Span would be more interesting. Thank god, Scrubs is on now.

Best MLK day Ever!
Why? No reason, other than I've never had off on MLK day since college. So I've been plastered to my bed, waiting to go orthostatic...no wait, I did spend 1/2 hour walking the ninos outside in 25 degree weather. So I count that as being productive. And I was catching up w/ the backlog of X-files episodes I've missed on the Sci-Fi Channel. NOw the new Battlestar Galactica is on...and I kinda like it. Don't fit me w/ the Cylon Eye thingy just yet though...Starbuck is a chick!! And Cylon's look like people...so I obviously have to make adjustments.
Did any of you check out the pics from the soon to be Batman Begins!!! I'm so excited, I'm trying to contain my batarang.
I should probably start looking for a nutritionist. I've only had honey nut cheerios and sherbet today to eat. I need energy to make it to salsa class tonite, oh, and to climb of course.
And I've decided to spend july 4th on block island!! Simone invited me and I'm very excited to go...it was really beautiful there--when I went to Simone and David's wedding...but didn't really get to enjoy it for some reason...can't remember why...hmm...
Well here's a pic of the house we're getting. Looks cool!

RE: "Bloggy McBlogster where are you?"
Dear Simone007:
I am responding to your Friday, January 14th 2005 post on your world wide web correspondence log. I deeply apologize for being remiss on reporting my daily accounts on BM. Had I known that you would have reacted so adversely to the lapse in entries, I would have certainly been more attentive to your needs and the needs of those who count on these entries for respite.
The birdfeeder is out, don't be shy...
With Sincerest Regret,
Bloggy McBlogster, Lt. Esq. (Mrs.)
OK, so the big news of the hour is that my cholesterol count is higher than 76 y/o morbidly obese smokers at Sizzler nuzzling up to the spit shield over creamed spinach. What's the magic number you ask? 298. with my LDL count at 207
what does this mean? Here's a explanation from WebMD:
Cholesterol
Probably the most familiar heart disease risk factor, cholesterol is a type of fat that is an essential nutrient for your body. However, too much cholesterol - or not enough of the good type of cholesterol -- floating around in your blood increases your risk for hardening of the arteries that can lead to heart disease, heart attack, and stroke.
Cholesterol is considered abnormal when:
Total cholesterol is 200 mg/dL or higher.
HDL or "good" cholesterol level is less than 40 mg/dL
LDL or "bad" cholesterol is 160 mg/dL or higher -- with 190 and above being very high.
However, the lower the LDL, the better. An LDL less than 100 is considered optimal; 100 to 129 is near optimal; 130 to 159 is borderline high.
So consider me, as one of the undead, b/c blood ain't flowin' through me like it's supposed to and cannot be killed by conventional means. I gave blood last month and it was dripping into that bag like molasses. The process took nearly 3 hours. But I did get this really cool mug that stirs your drink for you.
Of course, I've just come back from having dim sum at East Manor in Flushing this morn. And we know how healthy all the food is there. I haven't hung out with Steve and Karen for a bit so I was there for the social scene...and when in Rome, of course! I was going to go to the gym today but it's really, really, cold out and Nancy's coming over so there won't be time. Dr. LeBeau, a really cool doc, would like me to go back to the gym 3-5x/wk. No real problem, but I think I'll have to do some drug intervention as well. And the worst part is I'll have to lay off the sauce for a long time, as I also have what doc calls a "fatty liver". Not good.
