ok...my roommate, peachy, just informed me that she'll be moving back to Cali at the end of april...and as much as we'll miss her, i've decided to get the ball rolling in finding a new roommate for the extra room. now, i'm not sure if taylor (the other roommate) will take peachy's room...but either way, it's $500 includes, heat and hot water...excludes, electric, internet and cable.

and also pater's apt, downstairs from us is also going to be up on the renting block by end of may. ok...so tell your friends, relatives, knife wielding strangers.
