WOO FRIGGIN' HOO!!! i made it up yellow, w/ very little effort on the steep incline wall...i am officially the poo...take a whiff. NEXT STOP...red, easy incline. they are now offering free rock climbing classes monday and thursday...might save me a $180 buck trip to the gunks, upstate. i'm just glad that the cardio actually suppressed my cold and i'm feeling better. bad news, i'll have to go to work tomorrow...in that "wintry mix", but it will 40 degrees.
